About this course
These videos were developed by Virag White and Jessica Curran for use in ART 1120 Design at Salt Lake Community College. They sync with the textbook used at SLCC, but can be used without the text. A full developed online course with activities and assessments is available upon request. The course is designed as a foundational design course to teach students the design process and the elements and principles of design. All Visual Art & Design students at SLCC take ART 1120. So, the course has been developed to emphasize the various ways the design process and the elements and principles of design can be applied to drawing, painting, graphic design, photography, animation, and more.
